We accept returns on your unworn purchases within 7 days of receipted delivery for any reason.  For returns please email us. Please re-supply credit card details at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchange.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to DagArt and the handling costs incurred in the delivery of the new item (unless due to faults in workmanship). Any loss or damage to returned goods during transit back to DagArt is the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure that returned items arrive safely, please use a registered postal service.

 

When returning an item:

• Pack your item in its original packaging.

• Please inform us of the reason for return and your contact details
